Mduduzi (Duzi) Mugoba is a Co-Founder and Principal for Fambisa Isizwe Foundation and is responsible for all aspects of the Foundation’s governance, donations sourcing, business planning, budgeting, financial reporting, strategic planning, risk and governance as well as negotiations. He is also a member of the board of trustees for the foundation.

Con-currently Mr Mugoba works at a Wall Street Investment bank within the risk division in a research role covering Real Estate and Structured Finance products. Prior to his current role he was an auditor with Ernst and Young in the firm’s Houston assurance practice serving Oil & Gas, construction and specialty retail companies. Mr Mugoba holds a BBA in Accounting and graduated with honors from Florida International University. He received his Masters in professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr Mugoba is CPA license holder in the State of Texas (license inactive) and a CFA charter holder. Mr Mugoba is leveraging his experience in financial analysis, capital raising, compliance and risk assessment in managing the foundation.

In the US Duzi is also a volunteer of the Big Brothers & Sisters of Utah mentorship program and his little is in the 6th grade. He is also a volunteer for the Junior achievement program
