Peddie Mugoba is a Co-Founder and Principal for Fambisa Isizwe Foundation and is responsible for all aspects of the Foundation’s governance, donations sourcing, vision and Strategy. She is a member of the board of trustees for the foundation.

Con-currenlty Mrs Mugoba is a Managing Director and Founder of Thembi Investments, an investment firm that invests in Real Estate, Farm Land and Restaurant businesses(Paddys hotpot), in Zimbabwe. She has over 20 years in investment management, governance and asset management. She is a steward of the foundation’s philanthropic vision and assets, tasked with balancing and respecting its historical mission. As a former high school math educator with a passion for empowering through education, she was compelled to launch the Fambisa Isizwe foundation after seeing first hand the financial challenges and lack of opportunities that students from underserved communities faced. Mrs. Mugoba is passionate about the girl and boy child in STEM subjects.
